A direct quote from that page states "Preinstall games and play at midnight on release date"
Granted we still have two days left but without proper communication to ensure the code will be delivered prior to actual release date I will just cancel and purchase elsewhere to ensure timely delivery. Lesson learned.

I tried to cancel and I do no see the option in my order status. I reached out to Brandon from this thread but no response there either.

So my post got deleted, saying I was violating guidelines and that I insulted people in this thread. I did not insult anyone, not even close.
What I wrote, in summary:
I had to talk to Best Buy on their chat in order to cancel my order. Apparently I can't say anything more than that.

What I did do was give my honest experience with Best Buy, which has been incredibly poor up and down the line, including getting posts removed when I did NOT violate community guidelines. Actually, I was just trying to help other customers who are getting messed about the same way I was.
I'll also be contacting the BBB, and I'll be reviewing Best Buy where ever I can, including Trust Pilot, possibly making a YouTube video, again documenting my honest experience. (How is that an insult? I am the insulted one.)
Removal of this message will only increase my vehemence.
