I have had a similar experience.
The original order was scheduled for 12/10 store pickup and near the end of the day it changed status to delayed. The only indication of time to resolve is a "couple of days" but the order has been in that same status for the last couple of days.
I understand things can get delayed but I would expect something more specific on the status of the order. I have made a few calls to the store but I usually give up after 5-10 minutes on hold.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community! Although I wish your reason for reaching out was a happier one, I appreciate that you created an account to share this concern with us. Having an order become delayed is never ideal, but I know it's even less fun when you're not sure what's going on.
It's important to us that we provide the best shopping experience possible, so I'm disappointed to learn that hasn't felt like the case with your order. I know I'm not a fan of waiting on hold, only to not get in touch with anyone.
