Im having the same exact problem and it my purchase history says that I received the code over email. I looked through every email I have gotten since I purchased it and none contained a code.

I'm sorry for any troubles that you've encountered receiving your code. If your online order status shows that an email was sent with the code, we would expect that it would have made its way to you. Just to double check, have you looked into the junk, spam, or promotions folders that might be in place through your email provider?
