Hello everyone i can see tye mass effect steelbook from the link

But if i try to preorder for ps4 or xbox it does not add it to my order. Does anyone know why the offer isn't available anymore??

It's technically not available yet. Hasn't even been announced, though supposedly added to the game page prematurely some time ago.

When they announce it, everyone is supposed to get the steelbook as a free pre-order bonus. To those who already pre-ordered, it's supposed to get added in retroactively sometime before release date.

Oh thank you so much for the info I’ve seen on these forums that some people have had it added to their orders but I could not see it on the website and I thought some other people said that it was showing available for pre-order with the game. I have bought many games with three steel book so I know how it works it will always say included free.
So I can look forward to this promotion being added soon then?

I can understand wanting to ensure it comes with the expected steelbook, and I'd be glad to shed light on this. At this time, any new pre-orders should have those steelbooks added. If you placed a previous order, it should be added retroactively if it was not added at the time of purchase.

Wow you are amazing that is correct they are now showing up as a separate item when you pre-order it!!
