Welcome to our forums!  I’m glad you’ve purchased your Xbox Game Pass with us, despite the delay in getting the code to you.  If you haven’t done so yet, I’d recommend checking out our Game Codes-Read Me First floated post, as it provides a step-by-step process to get in touch with our Gaming Support team.  Simply follow the steps outlined in this post to send them your information, and I’m optimistic they’ll be able to track down your code, and get it sent to you in no time.

Didn't receive e-mail containing free items included with purchase.

Hi there,

 

 

On the 27th of this Month, I went to Best Buy and purchased hardware for building a computer and among the components purchased, I picked up a Ryzen 3700x which included two free items that were to be sent to my e-mail. I have yet to receive an e-mail after the purchase, so I haven't received my items (which, were part of the reason I had chosen to pick up this specific processor) so right now, I'm kind of bummed as I was looking forward to using the items on my new computer. This purchase took place on the 27th, so, it's been two days now and still no word from you guys regarding my items.

 

 

 

The two items I was supposed to receive were:

 

  • AMD - Xbox Game Pass 3-Month Membership [Digital]
  • Free Game Bundle Standard Edition - Windows [Digital]

 

 

Can I get my e-mail for the items I was supposed to receive already?

 

Highly disappointed, thanks again if I can get some help to come to a resolution for this issue.
