I preordered the game for pickup and got the game, but the steelbook not yet. Initially, it said preparing for pickup on the day the game was released, but it changed to order received and now it says preparing. So hopefully it will be ready for pickup soon and not change again. 

Also the game is still being advertised to sell with the steelbook included even though some people who preordered haven't gotten their steelbook yet. I would have thought they would first fulfill those who already ordered.
