Sadly, this seems to be the current Best Buy experience, they bait us into buying the game with them by offering this carrot, but are ill prepared for the demand. They really need to work on how they calculate preorder bonuses, it's really sad how far they have fallen over the many years I've been a customer. Much like many of us here, I'm waiting for my steelbook, but I'm not in a hurry to play the game so it will remained unopened until January 14th the last day to return it if they can't deliver.

You’ve got to be kidding me right? Did you even read what I posted? Wow…I’ve got several preorders pending for the next few titles with steel books attached to them. Months in advanced even. This one was no exception. You can tell how many orders you have in your system right? It’s a logistic problem someone should be monitoring. You need to do better, Best Buy!
