The one employee on here put in a ticket for them to research this for me and I did just receive the email with the preorder code.
On psn it’s called the Pre-order DLC and it’s the Adventurers Guide and a emote/gesture
I think it only downloads with game if you preordered it digitally

I never received my code either. Steelbook arrived fine. Preorder mentioned that I would be getting both the digital DLC and the Steelbook. Hopefully this can be resolved. To be fair I don't even have the game yet since UPS lost my package. Best Buy sent another from FedEx that's supposed to arrive today, but would still like the DLC for my preorder.

There is no code for the Digital adventurers guide.

It downloaded with the game.

My Adventure Guide and emote never downloaded with the game. I preordered this game partially because of the extras I was supposed to receive with it. Thankfully I received the steelbook. I am still disappointed that I did not receive the Digital Adventurer's Guide and emote. If anyone else is able to confirm what bobberuci is saying, can you please tell me how to access it? Maybe I am doing something wrong. Otherwise, I would greatly appreciate access to these items.
