The same thing happened to me on a purchace I made today. I checked the junk and spam folders and didn't find the email anywhere. I did a chat session on the support page and the person who helped me said she re sent the code and that I would get it within 2 to 4 hours. it has been about 4 and 1/2 hrs and still no code
