I did not receive code for KATAMARI DAMACY Re-Roll. It is not printed on the receipt. I can not find it in ANY mailboxes.
please send it ASAP!! I purchased the game at store 531 on 12/20/20!

Purchasing Katamari Damacy REROLL should be a time of excitement! However, I can understand why it wouldn't feel that way if you're not able to track down the code to start playing. That's a far cry from the stress-free shopping experience we meant to provide, but I look forward to trying to turn things around!
Have you checked your email to see if you received a code there? Sometimes it can get pulled to a Spam, Junk or Promotion folder by mistake, so it's always a good idea to look there if you aren't seeing a code. If it's not there, I'd be happy to look into the purchase on my end.
Can you share your full name, phone number, email and the Customer Service PIN listed on the bottom of the receipt via the "Private Message" option in my signature? Once I have that info, we can move forward!
