I have not gotten an email either. I figured this was going to happen when I did not get it when everyone else was shipping the codes and when Best Buy had them on the physical receipts according to other people.

I doubt they will be sending the beta keys at this point. Too close to the start time.

While this is frustrating, but what I can say about Best Buy is usually release day shipping means you get it on release day and as for the other stores, I have not had luck with that so far. At least the open beta is coming.

If you read the the second paragraph in the item description….I will quote it “ Pre-order Diablo® IV
Standard Edition digitally and receive Early Access to the Open Beta, starting March 17* and the Light Bearer Mount in Diablo® IV”. I would say that is false advertising on Best Buy’s end. I am going to cancel my pre order as soon as the closed Beta goes live today.
My biggest issue is with Best Buy’s customer service. I had to talk to 3 people before I even got a person that knew what a Beta was. Terrible.

I don’t see the digital comment on my end, just says

Pre-order and receive:

Real shame here if they don’t come through.

Best Buy support team wanted to just keep confirming I will receive my hard copy on June 6th. Actually they said my hard copy would be mailed on the 6th so we probably will not even be able to play the game on launch.

I feel like it’s just the Xbox players. My friend pre ordered the Xbox version from Amazon and hasn’t received a code either.

I ordered the PS5 version and have gotten nothing.

Best Buy chat told me I would get the pre order beta code 15 days after I received the item lol

That sounds about par for course with Best Buy support.

According to the Blizzard website, it starts at 9am pacific, so I’m betting if we get it, it will be at that time.
