OP, did you ever get a response for this? I am not having luck with thier online chat, or the Facebook chat. One even told me that there isn't a code with the pre-orders.

Hello - also looking to find out the time frame. PS users get the pre download today. Any updates?? Best Buy chat was not helpful and said I would get the beta code 15 days after I received the item….

Through this chat a BB rep told me that the codes will get emailed out on 3/17. Not ideal because you need to turn around and put the code on battle.net to get a code from then, then download it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Was also told Friday. I guess I should have ordered from Amazon. They sent codes out today.
