KFC took like 30 minutes to send me a code. But I got it and now there is a 98 minute wait to get in the game on Xbox.

Copy that! It did take a bit for KFC. (I got my code) Wondering if you do a "future order" for much later... If you're able to get the code, then cancel said orded? I'd imagine you can..... Maybe not though..... But either way!? I guess I'm having KFC for lunch! 😬🤣🤷 Downloading now, I'll be on after work! Have fun yall!

Also ended up having to go the KFC route as Best Buy has dropped the ball. Their phone support said 24 to 48 hours to receive the key. At that point early access is over.

This beta is now 1/3 of the way done and Best Buy customers still have not received the advertised beta code.

When we attempt to contact support we are met with lies and deflections by employees that have no idea what they are talking about. If this customer support team has management, they should be embarrassed but the effort their team has put forth regarding this issue.

As a heads up, they do have a support ticket out and are trying to get this issue fixed. Hopefully Blizzard will also extend the beta since there have been other issues as well. People should be getting the code today if you still have it pre-ordered from Best Buy.

Well looks like BestBuy utterly failed obtaining codes, Customer Support was worthless too.

The beta is nearing it's end, and Best Buy customer's will not be able to earn three exclusive reward, because they still have not received their advertised codes. Best Buy support has done less than nothing for these customers. They shut down these forums tomorrow, and that's the last anybody will here about this. Worst support team I have ever had to work with. Shame. Shame. Shame.

While it truly sucks that Best Buy has completely failed on delivering our codes, Best Buy customer's can still earn the rewards. Just not during the early access. They can earn them during the open beta weekend next weekend.
