I’m having the same problem I bought an xbox one x 3/19/19 and I saw the promo and it said it was going to be printed on my receipt and I talked to customer service and they haven’t responded yet

If the game you were looking for is not listed on the receipt, it is possible that a different tile was selected, or the purchase didn't qualify for the offer. At this time, have you reconnected with the store about this?

When I got the xbox one x there was a sign that said buy an Xbox one x and get devil may cry 5, the code will be printed on you’re receipt, and no I didn’t receive any other game

I'm having the same problem, I spoke to customer service at the store & also over the phone. It's been 4 days already & nothing has been resolved. What are my options, please help.

Thanks for joining the conversation. Did you receive any sort of free game with your purchase? It's sounding like this offer was only eligible for a single game. Devil May Cry 5 was one title option that could have been selected.

No I didn't receive a free game at all. The promo stated Devil May cry 5 was the game I was going to receive for free.
