If the game you were looking for is not listed on the receipt, it is possible that a different tile was selected, or the purchase didn't qualify for the offer. At this time, have you reconnected with the store about this?

Thanks for joining the conversation. Did you receive any sort of free game with your purchase? It's sounding like this offer was only eligible for a single game. Devil May Cry 5 was one title option that could have been selected.
