The item is now sold out but I definitely made and completed an order with correct information.
Unfortunately I did not print or screenshot the original confirmation as I thought that there would be no issues as I have never had this kind of problem.
I did not receive a confirmation email and there is no order in my account statuses.
What the heck is going on?
I pre-ordered mine around last month but today I received a message that said item was unavailable at my local store and even for shipping. Okay so what now? I don't want to cancel my order, I really want what I ordered.
