Same happened to me. Im incredibly dissappointed and best buy support is pitiful. You call you get sent to a call center in india where theyll hang up on you if you ask too many questions. And the chat service takes 40 minutes to tell you to “check your email for updates”. Cant talk to anyone with any pull in this company
