I don't know what's worse. Not getting the Steelbook at all or getting it and having it heavily damaged thanks for FedEx and BestBuy shipping in a bubble envelope instead of a box. Really let down. Seems like this has been a huge failure on all sides with this otherwise stunning steelbook.

When I want a steel book I always opt for in store pickup.  That way I can observe the condition of it.

 

However, not an option for everyone. 

 

It would be nice if BB had an option for $5 more to get it shipped in strudy cardboard box.
