My niece ordered me a copy of the game online. The case was delivered and she got an email with a "game code" that only added Pre-Order content to my Library - not the actual game. I didn't even attempt to redeem the code until yesterday so it should have added immediately.
Apparently I am not the one customer having this issue. What is Best Buy doing to resolve this problem?
