Same here, Pre-ordered the game ages ago, have the tech badge on the order, and it never shipped. I know people that have gotten the game with the badge. You guys need to either hurry up and fulfill this for the people who do have it on their orders and not received it, or at least compensate them for your screw up. Also ordered Doom Eternal and never got the pre-order dlc code for that either. You guys have been dropping the ball pretty hard lately.

I haven't received the Tech Badge or the game itself. When I ordered it the site said I would get it on release day. I am a bestbuy elite plus member too. I know things are crazy in the world right now but extremely disappointed that I have to wait until Monday to get the game while all my friends are playing it now. Also, I did receive the bell bag if the game was sent out with the bell bag I would have it by now.
