I preordered RAGE 2 Deluxe Edition for Xbox One on Feb 28th 2019 and I recieved a message that my item is not available to pick up in my designated store... I searched to see if I could go pick it up at any other store but no store within 250 miles has the item...
I thought the entire point of pre-ordering was to guaratee the item... am I missing something here?
Will I still be able to get my item? I called customer support earlier but they were not able to help.

Welcome back to the forums. I’m sorry that your Rage 2 order is having issues. I know you must be excited for the game, and that’s why you pre-ordered it.
