did the codes work ??
i purchased a 5700 from BB 2 days ago, 1 code on receipt for xbox didnt't work. never got the other 2.
sent a PM yesterday morning, 2 codes sent, both give an error, BB kicked me to amd for aditional help trying to get this to work.
i purchased the microsoft pass for $1 from microsoft, to try the card.

they don't qualify for the re3 or the other game ??? purchasing at BB ???
the BB page says it does.
my issue is failed a verification crap........ my card definatley is installed.
loosing out on those 2 would make my decision much easier. it was the tipping for the 5700, or 5600xt, vs the 2060

Thanks for following up with us on this. I'm relieved to hear you got those codes, and they at least partially worked.
If any of the codes do fail to work, you'll need to reach out to the company that provided them. AMD can be reached here, for example.
If you never received the codes, please follow Fey's advice above.

If you do decide to make that return, you'll have 15 days from the date of purchase under our Return & Exchange Promise. That may be extended to 30 or 45 days, respectively, if you are an Elite or Elite Plus My Best Buy member.
Usually the manufacturer is very good about helping out with non-working codes, however, so I hope that you'll reach out to them first.
