So im hearing 2 things here. Amd says to contact you for the game codes and and best buy says all you get is xbox game pass in store but online says you get the 2 games. Which is why i bought it also. As far as the tool not working jsracer. Do no run from edge or browser run from saved file it will not work unless you save the file and open from folder. Took a while to figure that out lol. So support how do i get the game codes? Sure have to do a lot of work to get the promised promotions

Definatley a strange situation, no doubt.

i have downloaded the file, then ran it from the file. 

tried edge, chrome, and firefox.  the program runs, i enter the code again, then it tells me system check did not pass. the system is not aplicable for any of our promotions.

I definatley will try calling amd today, to get a bit of clarification.

per the amd promo page, BB is not listed, per the BB page it comes with the 2 games. plus 3 months.

i have heard people getting the wrong processor code, and getting the same error. they got the correct code, and the tool worked. no idea how to get the right code.....

As I said, if you didn't get the codes as advertised on our site, please reach out as Fey described above. If you did get the codes and they don't work, your best resource will be the manufacturer of the product.

I got a hold of gaming.bb and gave them my recipit onfo they are getting me codes. I think you should do the same

Also i got the same card... can get pretty hot already lol but seems to be awesome no driver issues so far . Getting the pvt tool to work was a pain....

I did get it to work for only game pass waiting on game codes
