Purchased Ori, tag on package didn't include code, neither did email

I purchased Ori with Plush a few months ago as a gift for son. Christmas came and went and I realized the code wasn't included either in the email purchase receipt or on the sticker that was on the packaging. 

 

How do I get this code? Looks like several others have had this same issue... =(
