I preordered two copies of Nioh 2 Special Edition(one for me and one a gift for a friend for multiplayer) after some issue. Release day came and I got an email stating one shipped and one would be delayed. I was a little upset, assuming it was oversold and stock was an issue but that is clearly not the case. It is available on the website for order with a delivery date of Monday and at my local store. Meanwhile, my order has an ominous "If we cannot get it by April 11th we will cancel it" message. I would simply cancel and reorder but I would then lose the pre-order bonus and I paid via a reward certificate that I don't want to chance losing.
I understand that things are hectic with the current situation. I simply want to insure I receive the game before it sells out. Any help would be appreciated. Even if it is just info on what happens with my reward certificate if I cancel and reorder/pick up in store. I would prefer not to do that but...

think of in store inventory and online inventory as being two different businesses. Inventory is tracked and nearly all online order methods come to you direct from a distribution center. Products that go to a physical have their own inventory.
