Hello,

I preordered a PS5 game which was suppossed to have come with a a $10 bonus gift card. According to chat I was supposed to receive it automatically once the game gets delivered or picked up but haven't gotten it yet. Its been over a week since I have had the game but did not see anything about a $10 gift card. Thanks for your help.
