Placed order yesterday and order still says it’s not ready. Store stated they don’t have inventory. Why did Best Buy allow ordering for an item they are sold out of that was supposed to be released 72 hours in advance?! As a BB cardholder, this is extremely disappointing. Literally, I could have chose any other retailer to order from and once again, BB drops the ball.

This has happened on my last four preorders here. The last one was just canceled a few days ago after it was “delayed” for 17 days but was up for more orders during that time.
