According to the Best Buy site (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hogwarts-legacy-deluxe-edition-playstation-5/6518307.p?skuId=6518307), pre-ordering the Deluxe edition comes with the Onyx Hippogriff Mount and Felix Felicis Potion Recipe.

A few questions...

1. Why did Best Buy sell me the product when it could not fulfill my order?

2. When can I expect to pick up my order?

3. How can I avoid losing the Onyx Hippogriff Mount and Felix Felicis Potion Recipe if I don't receive the product before Friday?

Yes I did … after canceling my Best Buy order and downloading it directly from the PlayStation store
