My order was supposed to arrive today, I preordered it months ago. One is delayed until tomorrow, and the other two items haven't shipped but they are in stock on your site and ready to ship. Not sure what's going on with my order. Was on chat twice, with the agent disappearing for 20 minutes each time and I left because that's ridiculous. Any help?

There are so many great games releasing over the next few weeks. I can understand wanting to get your items as soon as possible, so that you can start playing. We do our best to try and ship out pre-orders as close to the release as we can, along with shipping them at a speed that will get them to you as soon to that date as we can. While we hit our mark most of the time, we can sometimes run into a logistics or supply issue that's outside of our control that can impact an order's delivery date.
