Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experiences with us. Whether you ordered your game months before the release, or days before, we always strive to ensure games customers have ordered with us arrive as close to release day as soon as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear your copies of Biomutant are arriving a bit later than expected.
Try as we might to avoid it, please know there can sometimes be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from ensuring that 100% of all pre-orders placed with us are delivered to our customers on the date the game is released. While we’re able to hit this mark a majority of the time, I understand how frustrating it can be when your order arrives late, especially for a game you’ve been looking forward to for some time.
Going forward, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inboxes for any updates to your order, and I’m optimistic you’ll be receiving your copy of the game soon.
