There appears to be an ongoing issue with the emails for pre-order bonuses. I got a preorder for Just Cause 4 and I had to contact customer service twice. Both times, the reps verified that I had a code that was supposed to be sent to me, however, every time I got an email, it contained no code, but still have the Best Buy website images in it. The second time, I had to get my code directly from the rep and redeemed it over the phone just to make sure it worked. This issue needs to be fixed if people are to continue pre-ordering from Best Buy.
