So i just got the game monday has my order had gotten deyland and i didnt get a code so i guess i will have to message BB. Its annoying seems like with BB you dont get your code for games like 40% of the time.

I noticed a few of you mentioned that you’re having an issue with sending a private message to our Gaming-BBY inbox. Can you please check out the suggested troubleshooting steps here? They should remedy the issues related to the private message error you’re receiving.

Typically I have had to acknowledge on the keypad if I wanted the receipt or an emailed receipt. Check your emial.
The last time I had a code on the receipt I was also able to log into my Best Buy account and look at my purchases and I could see the receipt there with the code on it and instructions for redemption.
