I purchased the digital download card in the store on Sunday, 11/13/22, to gift to my daughter so she could get the game on the 18th. It is now the evening of the 20th and still no code for her to download her game has been received. Yes, I have checked my junk and spam boxes. I called Best Buy the evening of the 18th and was told to wait 24 hours. Now it has been 48 hours and still no code. I would either like the code or a refund so I can just give her the $60 and have her buy it from Nintendo directly. How can I expedite a refund or the receipt of the code?
