Playstation code not received from Nov 22 purchase

Hi, I purchased 12-Months of PS+ via the website on Nov 22nd.  I received the order confirmation email and an email verifying my email address but never received the actual code.  My order status shows it was emailed but the code is not in spam folder or email box.


Would a BBY Support specialist please contact me so I can PM the order details?

Missing PlayStation Plus code

I've posted multiple times with no reply so far so hopefully third time's a charm. I purchased a PlayStation plus code on Black Friday through and never received the email with the code. I've checked my junk faldar's and it doesn't appear that I ever received it. This doesn't appear to be an isolated issue as I noticed other people have had the problem and were able to get it resolved by a reply from Best Buy support which I have not been fortunate enough to get yet. Please help
