I cannot help you with the card but I have had a similar issue at one time or another. Now this may sound bad but I have had issues entering the letter O in stead of a Zero or vice versa. And sometimes a One will look similar to a capital I (eye) and sometimes a B can be confused wtih 8

Austin, like myself, works out of our Best Buy Corporate Campus. While reviewing his advice and the information he provided to you, I can see that he’s already assisted you to the best of our ability. I’m sorry if you feel that’s not the case. Codes can get a tad tricky as bobberuchi mentioned.
Over private message, I can see that we shared your full code with you a few minutes ago and if you’re still receiving that error upon redeeming it we’d highly recommend reaching out to Sony directly on this matter. Sony would be better positioned to shed some further insight into what the issue may be and offer some additional help moving forward.

I apologize if Sony is providing you conflicting information. As I shared with your prior, I can see that Austin has already reviewed and bubbled up this issue further. We’d be unable to generate a new code for you. Partnering with Sony to determine the next best steps would is how we’d recommend moving forward.
