Hello. I bought a physical PlayStation card online as a Christmas present. The recipient, contacted me and said that he is having troubling redeeming it and that there is an error saying the card is not activated. Please let me know what he or I need to do to get the card activated. Thank you.

Hi, I'm still waiting to see if I could get the PlayStation card activated. I wounded up getting the recepient a new one and had him send me the one that wasn't activated since I didn't want him to be without a gift. Please let me know if anyone could help me, otherwise I feel like I wasted $100 for a gift card that can't be used. Thank you, and hope to hear from someone soon.
