Saw an email a on the 1st saying my order got cancelled. I also got an email a few days afterwards saying that I'm ready to pick up the console tomorrow. Am I still able to go to the store and purchase the console or force them to uncancel a fraud cancellation?

Well uncancelling won't be a thing. If it was canceld the unit would have been sold by now. But if you have an email saying it is ready to pick up tomorrrow I would print it out and go get it.
Check your credit card to see if you were renfunded

Order page says its cancelled and that nothing is paid. I got the email on the 3rd 2 days after the cancellation email sayign that my appointment is scheduled for pickup on the 12th which is tomorrow.

I am writing to express me deeply rooted disappointment in Best Buy as it relates to today's release of the Playstation 5. I have been a My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus member for about a decade and was unable to pay for a PS5 in my cart today. This resulted in me not being able to purchase a PS5 on release day as I intended. I can accept the fact that an iut of stock or sold out item is not available, but once I have placed an item in my cart and then proceeded to clivk the necessary button to pay, I should be the only person with access to the item in my cart. Instead the when I attempted to pay the site delayed for a period of time, continuously changed my location and pickup store even though I never made the changes. In my efforts to correct this, the item was no longer available to me to purchase. Your system in error changed my location regardless of the fact that I had it entered and would not allow me to buy my PS5 in the cart until I cprrected the error. When I finally was able to you had sold the item in my cart. If I was at a grocerybstore and someone grabbed my milk off of the register when I was trying to pay and sold it to someone else Inwould be furious. This is much worse and exteemely disheartening.
I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy spending thousands of dollars a year at your stores and trily bekng an advocate for your company over any other electronics provider. This experieince has soured me in a way that I do not know I will ever forget or forgive. I expected much better service from Best Buy as I had previously experienced. I was let down that my efforts to purchase an item on your website thag I had in may cart could turn out so negatively. Moving forward I will be looking to other stores to ourchase my electronics. There is a trust that was broken today for me. You trust that I pay for items when I purchase them. I trust that when I attempt to pay for an item you will provide me with the item in my cart that I am paying for. I did my part. Best Buy you did not. Consider me a disgruntled customer and an Elite/Elite Plus member that you lost by simply not selling me the item thAt I took the time iut of my day to put in all of the timely and appropriate steps in plce to purchase.
good bye Best Buy. You lost a truly loyal customer of over a decade because your website and purchase process today for PS5 was flawed and ruined my children's Christmas. I hope that the bots and resellers who purchase volumes from you turn out to be the type of customer I was, because you chose them over your loyal customers today.

I feel for you, having experienced the same from a couple of sellers, including Best Buy.
Unfortunately, they don't care. The money from the guy using bots to get consoles to resell on eBay is as good as yours. Otherwise, they'd implement a timer or something to keep the item in your cart.

Hello, Please can someone assist me and many many other customers that are going through the exact same thing.
I pre-ordered PS5 on Sept 17th, first wave, paid for it in full via paypal. Then this week I receive an email on Wednesday (Nov 11) saying it would arrive Thursday via UPS shipping. Now its Friday the 13th and still haven't received any updates on it's whereabouts or anything regarding the order.
The status is stuck at "We’re waiting for UPS to provide your tracking information, but it should be available soon." since Thursday. I've tried contacting UPS and they haven't even received the package yet.
Best Buy Support please assist me with this, this is been such a frustrating experience so far.
At least notify your customers of a delay or something!!!

I ordered the PS5 and got the tracking info email on 11 Nov saying it was shipped, it has been over 4 days now and still nothing. The tracking number just says Nov 11, 4:21 PM

I placed an order in the early morning for an Xbox Series X and PS5 and every service representative has told me something differet. The final one said I "attempted to place the order twice" which is simply not true. How can this problem be rectified? I'm ridiculously infuriated for the lies, inconsistencies, and lack of help I've received. This shouldn't be a problem as placed one order.
