I was going to preorder Persona 5 Striekrs the other day when I heard that the PS4 version was indeed also getting a steelbook bonus, not just the Switch version. The thing is when I go on the website it does not say anywhere that it comes with said steelbook. I was just curious if that offer ended or if stores will have extra if I go to pickup to add to it? Thanks.

In some cases, bonus items like this Steelbook may no longer be available due to limited availability. I would recommend keeping an eye on BestBuy.com for more updates as this game gets closer to it's release date.

I'd like to know why the PS4 steelbook bonus was underproduced versus the Switch steelbook. I sat on hold for 2 hours to fonally get through and was told the closest store with any was a state away and they won't shp it to me. Then I got attitude when I showed my frustration at a 2 hour wait time for such a simple question I wanted answered. If all preorder bonus going forwardf are going to be this difficult to get I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This is absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I preordered from Best Buy with the only intention to get the steelbook, which I had a feeling it was going to go bad, which of course it did. I went to pick up my order and was like I was told the steelbook comes with every pre order. She gave me attitude and was like nope it's not available when I looked back to see the other pre orders with steelbooks! With her attitude, she was like I'm not just going to take someone else's, and I was like yes I know, fine can I purchase it? She was like no. So thanks Best Buy, looks like you won't be getting any pre orders from me. And thank you for ruining my collection of persona steelbooks, I really REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

Hello, I pre-ordered a copy of Persona 5 Strikers as well from Best Buy. I received no steelbook for the game. When asked when they would come back in stock, they said that the steelbooks never existed in the first place. How can I get my steelbook if I can?
