So, I bought a bunch of sims expansion content, and so far everything has gotten added to my origin account without issues until I tried to put in the code for the vampires expansion, and now Origin is telling me the unused code is "Not Valid". I checked these forums, and the only other person who had this issue just got a refund. How do I go about getting this issue fixed, or getting a refund for my digital purchase?

Hi there, just noting that I posted this two days ago and no one has gotten back to me yet. I'd really like help with this because it's very frustrating that I basically wasted almost 30 dollars on this.
