I just ordered a Xbox Series X through the Xbox All Access page, I got approved for credit and the order page went to all the way to "Order Processing" after being placed. On the last page it stated that I will recieve an email regarding next steps with RBC Pay Plan and my order number.
I haven't recieved any confirmation email of sort from RBC or Bestbuy. I am unsure what the status of my order is. I tried contacting Bestbuy Support and they stated they had no records of my order. So in this case I had a credit check performed on my background and no idea what is the status of my order.
Please help!
