Only received digital code for one of two items in the order

Ordered two Switch digital items (one game, one DLC), and after 5 hours, only got the code for one of the items (the game).

 

Checked the email server and it only shows the one email from Best Buy.

 

The order shows as complete.  Who do I contact to see what happened to the DLC?

It's been over two days since the order, and I still haven't gotten any email about the DLC.

 

Chat is broken due to the load, and I went through phone support, but even though they said it would be escalated, I still haven't gotten the code.

 

I have the reference number for the phone support, what is the next step?

Day 3...  Still haven't gotten any response or code.

 

Do I need to go through the phone gauntlet again?

Finally got the code this morning.  So almost 4 days before getting the code, and the email didn't specify what product the code was for, just the fact that it was a "Nintendo Code".

 

Fortunately, it was for the correct product.  Smiley Happy
