I ordered a $35 e-Shop card on May 2 from bestbuy.com as part of a pickup order for a Nintendo Switch.
when I check the order, the status shows:
I have not received the code yet, and it is currently May 4th.
A call was placed to the 888-BestBuy number on May 3rd, but since they are using an IP phone system for what sounded like overseas support, the call was very difficult to understand through all the excessive static. The call also dropped on their side before they could help me.
Following that, I contacted support again via chat. (Refer to Case id# {removed per forum guidelines} I was told that the agent resent it, that it would be coming from a bestbuy.com address, and that I will receive it within an hour.
Almost four hours later I contacted support via chat again (Refer to Case #{removed per forum guidelines} , because SURPRISE, I didn't receive it.
Tech support suggested that maybe it is in my spam folder. While that could be the case in most scenarios, my being an e-mail admin in my e-mail domain, there were no e-mails in the organization spam quarantine folder, in my local spam folder, bestbuy.com was in my whitelist, and I received the actual chat transcripts from bestbuy.com via e-mail.
I would either like this resolved or my money refunded to me, and I'll purchase from a company that will actually deliver the product. Waiting this long for a digital product is ridiculous.

Oh, and it is definitely an issue on Best Buy's side. Ordered a $35 identical gift card from Amazon, and got that within 2 minutes of my order.
