A few days ago, I bought a digital game online (for PC). I was sent confirmation e-mails and emails detailing how to download the game.
I followed the instructions.
When I get to the Digital Library download section, I keep getting the message "file is empty".
I have sent requests for help yesterday and today but have not received help yet.
Please help as soon as possible.

This was the latest message I got from Best Buy Customer service...
"Gotcha. After having our support teams take a deeper look into the situation, your best option would be to reach out to Steam directly, as we use Steam to fulfill the order for this title. You can reach out to Steam's customer support directly at https://help.steampowered.com/en/."
First of all, your page is wildly inaccurate as this is what it says on the page I read the item description:
If you scroll down to questions and answers, Best Buy caimed this item was not related to Steam.
Second of all, my problem is BestBuy digital download not functioning. Why would that be Steam's issue???
