One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Standard Edition PS4 Shipping Delay

I pre-ordered One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Standard Edition for PS4 back in February. After the release day, March 27, I got a notification from Best Buy that there is a shipping delay and that if they can't ship it by April 28, they will cancel the order. I checked the product page and it says it is not available for online order now. I checked stores near me that have it in stock and the closest is a state away.

It's been a week since the release date and the status still says shipping delay with no further notification. I don't want my order canceled, especially because there is a pre-order DLC bonus included (which I still haven't received yet).

I understand the support team is swamped due to current events, but I would appreciate it if someone could help me out.
