I preordered One Piece Odyssey for PS5 which supposedly comes with the One Piece Odyssey Digital Pre Order Bonus Offer and the keychain.

The keychain was not ready for pickup, which doesn't suprise me since BestBuy logistics in fulfilling stores with product is really poor. Only the game was ready to pick. I picked up the game, but I haven't received the email for the digital preorder bonus. Am I supposed to wait until I get the keychain for the digital preorder code to be sent by email?

Did anyone get the email for One Piece Odyssey Digital Pre Order Bonus Offer for their platform?

I can confirm that picking up the keychain does not affect the availability of the pre-order bonus DLC.

I picked up my game and keychain at separate stores yesterday thanks to a Best Buy goof, and I still have not received the pre-order bonus DLC at time of writing.

Same issue. Picked up game Friday morning and no code yet. I’ve called and been in the chat and they say that the vendor hasn’t approved it yet…told me to wait another day

The keychain should not affect you receiving your Pre-Order Bonus, as that is tied to the actual game being fulfilled.
