Not receiving my digital code

I brought a 1 month Xbox love gold digital code and I haven’t received it yet. Please help me.

While you're waiting for a moderator - did you check your spam folder? That's a fairly common place for them to end up sadly.
I am not a forum moderator nor voice of corporate. One of the corporate moderators will be with you as soon as they can for the official response from Best Buy. The forums work on a first come, first serve basis and it can take a while for a response.

Thank you for taking the time to join our Community here on the Best Buy Forums! Although, I do wish it were under better circumstances. As a gamer myself, I absolutely understand wanting to get these codes delivered as soon as possible.

As @geishafish had pointed out, sometimes these codes have a habit of ending up in Spam, Junk, or Promotional folders by accident as they typically come from a generic Best Buy email address.

However, since posting with us on Sunday, has this email arrived yet? If not, I would be more than happy to take a closer look! Please feel free to send me a Private Message containing the following information.

  • Your full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Order number
