I preorder for in store pick up and I’ve seen other people say they’ve received an email or notification stating their preorder was being prepared for pickup tomorrow. I’ve not received any such email and now I’m worried I won’t be able to receive my copy when the store opens at 10am tomorrow. Can anyone help confirm if this is something I should be worried about or not?
I'm in the exact same boat. I Pre-Ordered the Special Edition for pickup and havent received any word regaring them getting it ready for pickup tomorrow. It still just shows "Pre-Ordered". Starting to get concerned, considering canceling it and buying digital.
I probably won’t be switching versions to digital because I want the steelbook. Called customer service (since the store is currently closed now) and they said that it shouldn’t be a reason to worry since nothing has canceled yet. Maybe the other people are just have stores that are ahead of the game...
I also got the special edition and I ordered it back at the end of April. I’m guessing this likely has a manual aspect to it since it’s changing at random times for people and might have to do with when the reps in the store actually review the orders. Now I’m wondering when the bonus content email will go out though. That status didn’t change but the release date now says June 15.
Yikes, if mine said that I’d be scared. But like the last user asked, when did you preorder? Was it before the delay. I know a lot of people’s orders updated to delayed when the release date got changed because the system never updated the release date.
