Hi, I preordered the Mario golf for switch. The ordered was made on Mar 2, 2021.

Best buy later annouced there will be preorder bonus for this game on May 17, 2021.

I received the game later after the release date through mail, but  I did not receive the pre-order bonus.

Could the staff please look at my case please?
