No one has been able to resolve this issue

Hello, I placed an order on 1/8/23 at 11:55am for Elder Scrolls Online Digital Coins. As of 7:15pm on 1/9/23 I still have not received the email with the code. I did receive the purchase confirmation e-mail immediately.

I spoke to someone on the live chat around 5pm yesterday who gave me the case ID 303865897 and said to call the main 237 number which I did, multiple times and it would not work due to technical difficulties. I reached out again on the chat later and was told by Claudia that the only way to resolve this was to call the number.

Today I spent my entire lunch break on the phone trying to resolve this. First, after waiting 12 minutes, I spoke to Alex who transferred me to a tech number after I explained everything. After holding again the second person I spoke with said she had to transfer me to a payment department as my payment needed verification. When she transferred me, I was sent right back to the main number and waited until my break was over and had to hang up.

Who can resolve this? I have been charged and have not received my order and have spent entirely way too much time on my measly order of 1500 digital coins. Please help!

This Best Buy Support forum consists of alleged ‘media specialists’ seeking to deceive others as to manipulate or control by deceptive and dishonest means. They pretend to assist or address the innumerable complaints, yet it is nothing more than a ruse to entrap the unsuspecting. Not any will receive any assistance here, rather an excessive amount of ghost stories: “All who work with or for Best Buy”.
