I just noticed lots of new games no longer have release date delivery,when did this happen?

Release dates depend on the game developer.

Many games are not geting a release date now simply becuase of Covid 19

If they were to give a release date and could not meet it then people would be more upset

I got the Last of Us Part 2 on the release day, shipped to my house.

Relase dates are based on the Software Developer when they release them they give a assume relase date not a actual release date. For that you have to track your Account order page to see annoucements of date it will release or TBA. BestBuy can't do anything if the Developer delays release date.

No what I mean look at ghost of Tsushima if you were to preorder it today release date delivery would of been free now you get it in July the 30th,also with paper mario both come out on the 17th if you pick delivery it says you won't get it till the end of July same with games that already have set dates,only way to get them on release is to pick it up at a store.

What I want a worker to let me know is it possible if I get ghost of Tsushima which comes out on the 17th and the delivery is set at July 30th could i get it earlier than the 30th?

It may have been a computer error. I just put both in the cart and it shows the 17th. Are you getting it shipped to Hawaii or Alaska?

Try putting them in your cart again.

See if the same thing happens.
