It would be nice if we could get a response on this. I even DM'ed the Gaming account on Friday and all they did was respond saying to give them the correct order number when I already did.

I didn't get mine either. Picked it up on Friday, and the code was in "Preparing to Email" status over the weekend.

Now Order History states "Ready to Redeem" and was emailed, though nothing in my Inbox.

Will have to DM. :/
